	Here are some of the worst icons you've ever seen!  Well, they're not that bad(just some
of them are), simply unzip the file(which you've probably already done if you're reading this), put
uglyicon.dll into any directory you wish.  Then, when you want to peruse the icons or change one
of your current Windows icons, follow these simple instructions:

1)  Click on the Windows icon you want to change so that it is highlighted.

2)  Go to the file menu, click on properties, then a window will appear, you should then
     click "Change Icon".

3)  Another window will appear, in this window click on "Browse".

4)  Now you simply have to choose the directory to which you have installed uglyicon.dll, click
     "uglyicon.dll", and press "OK".

5)  Wait a second and all the wonderful ugly icons will appear before your eyes.

6)  Click the new icon you want to use.  Then you will have to "OK" a couple of windows, then
     your new icon will appear.
